2024 Compensation and Benefits Survey Report is Released!

VisionServe Alliance Announces the Release of the 2024 Compensation and Benefits Survey Report
The 2024 Compensation and Benefits Survey was conducted in partnership between VisionServe Alliance, National Industries for the Blind (NIB), and National Association for the Employment of People who are Blind (NAEPB).
This survey was open to organizations serving people who are blind and visually impaired and provides data on salaries, staffing levels, cost of benefits, DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) data, and current demographics of our field’s unique workforce. In addition to national insights, the survey offers actionable data at the local level for enhanced decision-making.
The 2024 survey benchmarks annual data and as the eighth survey in our series, provides industry-wide longitudinal and trend data, with previous surveys being fielded in 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022.
