2024 Compensation & Benefits Survey for Organizations Serving and/or Supporting People who are Blind and/or Visually Impaired – Now Open!
In partnership with NIB and NAEPB, the 2024 Compensation & Benefits Survey is now open and ready to complete. It’s the only survey specific for organizations serving and/or supporting people who are blind and/or visually Impaired (foundations should not complete the survey).
By participating, you will contribute to the comprehensive survey results that will help you to make key hiring and employment decisions during these difficult economic times and have access to information that can be used to save money on salary and benefits costs. You also help establish important trend data that over time will show changes in salaries, staffing levels, benefits costs, DEIA data and more. Click here to complete the online survey.
The survey is accessible to JAWS. We suggest forwarding the survey link to an HR manager to complete due to the length of the survey and details required. Submit your data by Monday, June 3, 2024, and you can receive a copy of the final report in July. The cost of the report is:
• Free for members of VSA, NIB and/or NAEPB who fill out the survey
• $300 for members of VSA, NIB and/or NAEPB who did not fill out the survey
• $600 for non-members. If you fill out the survey and you are not a member of VSA, NIB and/or NAEPB, you will be sent an invoice before you receive your final report.
