Helen Chapman, Operation Manager and Executive Administrative Assistant
Helen joined the VSA team in 2022 after supporting her husband’s military career for more than 20 years. She is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Lee and Operations Manager, providing logistical support to VisionServe and it’s members. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting with a focus in small business finance. Her experience spans 20 years and includes non profit accounting, as well as finance and analytics for several for-profit businesses.
After traveling all over the world with her family she has settled down as a resident of Williamsburg, VA. Helen has a deep love for American History and enjoys outdoor activities including attending to her many animals as well as being a professional photographer. Helen is the Mother to ten beautiful children and grandmother to two. She enjoys spending all of her extra time with them, traveling and camping.
