The Leadership Challenge Workshop sessions amplify the benefits of the LPI by giving an organization’s members space to practice and explore the assessment’s insights even further with the support of VSA’s specialized facilitation.
The LPI® Assessment
The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) measures how frequently each individual exercises The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership – outlining where they excel and where they have opportunities to improve as leaders.
The Leadership Challenge Book
The Leadership Challenge demonstrates how organizations worldwide use The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership to create cultures where leadership thrives at all levels. The book fosters an understanding of these practices that allow the LPI and our facilitation to create an even more profound impact.
Full Leadership Challenge Program Implementation
VisionServe Alliance offers a Leadership Challenge Workshop for your team that meets everyone at their stage in the leadership journey. Your customized Leadership Challenge Workshop Program is $10,000* for up to six team members, and consists of:
- 90-minute Orienting Session for the full team (virtual via Zoom)
- Leadership Practice Inventory Online Assessments and Reports
- The LPI is informed by assessments taken by 5+ million leaders
- Each team member is asked to obtain the newest edition of The Leadership Challenge book (and read at least the Introduction before our facilitated sessions)
- 15-hour Workshop for the full team (conducted in person)
- Client’s choice of format, either two long days or 2.5 days (more comfortable)
- Client arranges training space, A/V, and provides lunches & refreshments
- Five 3-hour Practice Review Sessions for the full team (virtual via Zoom)
- Conducted every 6-8 weeks at the client’s scheduling preference
Workshops for larger teams can be conducted and are priced as follows:
- Initial group of 6 team members: The Leadership Challenge Workshop program fee for up to six is $10,000*
- 7-12 team members: An additional $300 per person for the workshop sessions, Leadership Practice Inventory Online Assessment, and Report
- 13-25 team members: An additional $500 per person for workshop sessions, Leadership Practice Inventory Online Assessment, and Report
*Travel expenses for the in-person 15-hour Workshop are reimbursed at cost
