The 2026 Compensation & Benefits Survey, was fielded in partnership with NIB and NAEPB. It’s the only survey specific for organizations serving and/or supporting people who are blind and/or visually Impaired (foundations should not complete the survey).
Survey results help you to make key hiring and employment decisions during these difficult economic times and access to information that can be used to save money on salary and benefits costs. Results also provide important trend data that over time show changes in salaries, staffing levels, benefits costs, and additional data.
The survey is now available for purchase:
• Free for members of VSA, NIB and/or NAEPB who fill out the survey
• $400 for members of VSA, NIB and/or NAEPB who did not fill out the survey
• $700 for non-members. If you fill out the survey and you are not a member of VSA, NIB and/or NAEPB, you will be sent an invoice before you receive your final report.
