Big Data Project Reports are Being Updated

VisionServe is updating the national Big Data Project Reports to support key priorities in our 2026-2030 strategic plan and to inform your strategic planning, service delivery, fundraising, and advocacy.

Updated National Reports

Two national reports—the Aging & Vision Loss National Report (Adults 65+) and the Working-Age Adult National Report (aged 18-64)—are being developed using the 2024 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and American Community Survey (ACS) data. The VanNasdale Group and John Crews have again been commissioned to develop these critical reports, which highlight the prevalence of vision loss, demographic information, and the impact of vision loss on chronic health conditions, and other Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). The Working-Age report also provides employment data across various employment categories. We expect these two updated national reports to be available in the next few months.

Updated State Reports

State reports—the Aging & Vision Loss Report (Adults 65+) and the Working-Age Adults Report (aged 18-64), utilizing 2024 data—can be commissioned at $15,000 for either state report, or $25,000 for both state reports (a $5,000 savings). State reports will be developed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we expect state reports commissioned in the next few months to be completed by the end of this calendar year. Please click here to access and complete a State Report order form (an invoice will then be sent to you for payment).
