Cultivating Change, Expanding Impact

VisionServe Alliance is honored to recognize Jenna Dhayer, President of The Lighthouse of Houston, for guiding organizational transformation while expanding partnerships and exploring new avenues of opportunity.

The Roxann Mayros Organizational Champion Award recognizes a member of senior management whose cultivation of structure, systems, and best practices advances the efforts of an organization distinguishing itself in the field of blindness and low vision.

Throughout her more than 25 years of nonprofit experience, Jenna Dhayer has cultivated and leveraged relationships with donors, foundations, businesses, government officials, and staff to benefit underserved communities. Implementing her “Innovative Partnerships” strategy, she has significantly strengthened The Lighthouse of Houston’s organizational capabilities and expanded its capacity to deliver innovative programs, services, and community initiatives.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Jenna Dhayer for her exemplary leadership and life-changing efforts on behalf of our field and the people we are proud to serve.
