2025 Leadership Conference
VisionServe Alliance’s 2025 Leadership Conference will be held at the DoubleTree Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, from April 28 – May 1, 2025.
Hundreds of leaders and their teams are expected to attend our 2025 conference, which builds on the tremendous success of our 2024 Open Space Leadership Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. The theme for the 2025 Leadership Conference is “Adapt and Thrive: Igniting Change in a Dynamic World.”
The conference will feature an extended Keynote experience, opened by Colin McLetchie, President of Five Ways Forward, who will discuss the Four Quadrants of Change model from the Leadership Circle, followed by working groups that culminate with a “bringing it all together” session. Added conference breakout sessions will focus on leadership topics and key strategic opportunities and challenges in the field. Plenty of time will be provided for networking, important sponsor visibility and engagement, and exploring the best that Scottsdale offers.
Conference registration will open in December. Sponsorship opportunities are available now – see information below!

“Each time I attend, I gain knowledge and insight from leaders in our field, which ultimately will allow Xavier Society to better serve our patrons. As important, this collective of organizations is working as one, to educate the many stakeholders in our field, and influence policy and legislation for the benefit of blind and visually impaired people in the U.S. and Canada. It is always an honor to represent Xavier Society and our patrons at this event, and to be a member of this organization.”
Malachy Fallon, Executive Director Xavier Society for the Blind
“I am a strong believer in the value of partnerships and collaborations. Attending the VSA conferences has been a great way to find partners and collaborators, learn new information to be a better administrator and steal good ideas from colleagues around the country.
Bring along your executive team for even greater impact!”
Nancy D. Miller, Recent Executive Director/CEO VISIONS/Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired
“I appreciated attending conference sessions on leadership development, including practical applications such as creating a culture that fosters innovation; a session on the importance of research to gather data on those we serve to help demonstrate where we can have impact; and tips for effective advocacy and influencing public policy. The networking opportunities helped me connect with CEOs new to the field and I brought ideas and resources back to my organization that will help propel us forward.”
George Abbott, President and CEO The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc.
