ConnectCenter is evolving to make it easier for people to find trusted information and resources across the full lifespan, from diagnosis and early intervention to education, employment, adult independence, and aging with vision loss. This session will explore how the site is moving beyond separate program areas toward a more connected experience organized around the real-life questions and decisions people encounter along the way. Through practical examples and guided reflection, participants will see how existing resources can be preserved and reorganized to create clearer pathways to information and next steps. Attendees will also consider how this same person-centered approach can strengthen their own practice by helping individuals and families navigate transitions, make informed decisions, and connect with the support they need.
