Meet VSA’s new IDEAL Committee (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, Leadership), still in its formative stages. VSA BOD member and Committee Chair, Bryan Bashin, will share the purpose and spirit of IDEAL, introduce its inaugural members and invite participants to move into small group discussions facilitated by committee members. The committee is seeking input and direction from participants of their perceived organizational needs concerning DEI and Accessibility, and how VSA and the IDEAL Committee can support efforts to further these.
